Brady Electrical is run by Tom Brady, 15+ years on the tools across domestic, commercial and heavy industrial.
Tom spent eight years as an HV electrical supervisor in underground mining, leading Sandvik rebuilds and high-voltage switching, after cutting his teeth on major projects in Victoria.
That same standard now goes into every home job in Perth: careful, compliant, and finished properly. The business has grown on return customers and word of mouth.

- Do you cover my suburb?
- We cover every suburb across the Perth metro area, from Joondalup and Wanneroo in the north down to Rockingham and out to Midland. We're based in Neerabup. If you're not sure, give us a call and we'll tell you straight away.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. We're a licensed electrical contractor (EC15752) and hold refrigerant handling licence ARCTick L174138, so we can legally do both the electrical work and the air conditioning. We're fully insured, and every job is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty.
- Do you charge for a quote?
- No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. We scope the job properly and give you a fixed price up front, so the price you agree to is the price you pay.
- How quickly can you get back to me?
- We answer quotes the same business day. Our hours are 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. If it's urgent, calling 0400 141 347 is always faster than the form.
- Do you do after-hours or emergency callouts?
- Our normal trading hours are 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, but we're on call for callouts outside them, including for landlords and property managers. If something's unsafe or you've lost power, call 0400 141 347 rather than using the form.
- Do you do air conditioning as well as electrical work?
- Yes, both, and that means one trade for the whole job rather than coordinating two. We supply and install split systems from the major brands, service and coil-clean existing units, and do all the electrical work around them.
- Do you only do houses, or commercial work too?
- Both. We do domestic work like switchboard upgrades, rewires, lighting and power points, commercial fit-outs and property maintenance, and industrial and mine-site work. The same standard applies to all of it.
